How Conference Reports works

Recruitment and training

Once details for your events have been established, we consult our international database of more than 1,500 volunteers to match the Reporters best suited for the subject material and location of your event. In many cases, we may recruit volunteer reporters specifically to ensure that each reporter has the right combination of interest, background and skill level.

Prior to the event, we hold several trainings and provide each Reporter with background information on the event, key personnel, "dos and don'ts, and assign them roles, passwords, and sessions to cover.

Coordination and live publishing

The Volunteer Coordinator serves as the focal point for all Reporters. Based on a number of years of experience, the Volunteer Coordinator ensures all needs are met, people get where they need to go--and importantly-- that the reporting process is proceeding smoothly. In the case of any unforeseen issues, the Volunteer Coordinator is in immediate contact with all key personnel, including technical support.

Thanks to the three-phase editing workflow, reports may appear on the web site within hours of the session. All information is protected under password; you have full control over everything that is published.

Publish where you want

The news stories may be published as a stand-alone site, or integrated into anywhere into your own site through a hands-free XML/RSS feed. We can take care of all hosting.

Follow-up and post-production

More than just summaries of sessions, the information captured in the process of reporting for an event forms an ideal basis for the final report for the event. Our staff can help guide you through the steps to most effetively use what has been generated to  create:

  • Print Reports
  • CD-ROM Reports
  • Other printed publications
